I'm Featured at The St. Louis Bloggers Guild - Be Sure to Visit!

Ahh, the benefits of the grouping of talent. It's never failed me.

Whether it's the conglomeration of what has become The 2GuysTalking Podcast Network, taking one good thing and surrounding it with other good things always provides you with something greater. Such is the case with The St. Louis Bloggers Guild.

The St. Louis Bloggers Guild is a young group of talented, busy, thought-filled citizens that have taken their thoughts, efforts, and desires to electronic page and banded together to provide education, knowledge and assistance to those in the Guild.

This week, they're featuring me in their "5 Minutes with Mike" segment that you can find via the link below.

Be sure to chime in with comments and send the article to your friends. I'm always interested in ensuring that the organizations and people that I work with get a larger footprint and remember - those that have good things that group them together with other good things make the whole greater. Enjoy the read!

5 minutes with Mike - From The St. Louis Bloggers Guild Website:

One can’t help but admire St. Louis Bloggers Guild member Mike Wilkerson’s energy and enthusiasm for social media. These qualities carry into his blog, Grab the Wheel and his popular podcast 2GuysTalking. Check out this podcasts expert’s site and tune in to hear Mike’s and his co-host Tony Lovasco’s take on shows like 24, Terminator and an always-growing variety of cultural topics now!

Do you have any tips or advice for other podcasters out there?

The most vital piece of advice I can give podcasters is similar to another movie character from my childhood, YODA. When it comes to podcasting, “do, or do not – there is no try.” That’s not a euphemism, it’s a way to live in just about everything that you do.

I left a comment on the St. Louis Bloggers Guild site and wanted to add a few words here.

You have been very helpful to me and thought this would be an appropriate place to publicly thank you.

I admire your unselfish artistic nature. Keep up the good work.
